Healthy eating starts with healthy food choices. Smart Meals diet plans is based on the recommended calorie intake of adult individuals with a 500-1000 calorie reduction for weight loss.
A low-carb, high-protein diet focuses on limiting simple carbohydrates in the diet while still providing enough protein sources. Complex carbs and green leafy vegetables are still included in this diet and comprises majority of the carbs sources in the diet.
